Phil Ling is a church planter, entrepreneur, and sixth-generation ministry leader who provides strategic leadership to The Giving Church consulting team. He specializes in building networks, strengthening congregations, and developing resources for churches and nonprofits. Before launching his consulting firm, Phil served as Vice President of Development for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association under Franklin Graham.
