    We will model dreaming beyond what we can accomplish alone, writing clear visions and initiatives that drive Kingdom multiplication. We will be generous with our time, talents, abilities, and finances to honor the King of kings. We will give our lives away, laying them down for one another, and serve each other with passion, love, and humility.

    WE ARE FIERCELY DEPENDENT

    We depend fully on God and invite others to join us in multiplying Kingdom impact. We gladly welcome gospel-centered leaders, trusting they have something to offer. We will reject suspicion, gossip, and division, choosing instead forgiveness and reconciliation. We are committed to learning from one another, working together, and praying for each other.

What We Believe

  • The Bible is our Guide

    We look to the perfect Word of God to guide us, inspire us, and shine the light of truth upon the paths that we are traveling. The Word is the seed that produces a Kingdom harvest.

  • We are the Body of Christ

    No single person or group has the perfect strategy or method. Our role is to catalyze organizations and movements, helping them multiply their strengths for the good of the wider body of Christ. We work together as one body, celebrating each part as it contributes to advancing the Kingdom.

  • Our Source is the Father

    We will call out to the Father—the Lord of the Harvest, Jehovah Jireh—to provide leaders, resources, and protection. He is always at work, and we’re privileged to join Him in the good works He’s prepared and to reap the harvest He has made ready.

  • We are to Live Out the Mission of Jesus

    We follow the One True Jesus, Savior, King, and Lord. We believe that the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) is the one true mission. We will make more and better disciples. We will join him in his mission to see and save that which is lost.

  • We Follow the Spirit

    We will hold loosely to our visions, methods, and ideas so that we can follow the wind of the Holy Spirit. He is always on the move, but it is up to us to discover where he is moving and join Him in his work.
